Sudi Dickson
Chef
With 7+ years of experiences in some reknown restaurants of Eldoret, Sudi joined our team in October 2024. He is skilled to prepare international cuisine, from indian to continental kitchen. He is used to prepare balanced meals adjusted to all diets, and likes to try new recipes for our international guests.

Karen Jepkemboi
Chef-assistant
Karen has been officing as a chef for our kitchen since 2022. When initiating our new camp, she remain part of the catering team as a chef-assistant. She is specifically in charge of Breakfasts and Lunches, and prepares the best pancakes of Iten. You will love her!

Ken Ohuma
Chef-assistant
After several experiences in restaurants in Eldoret, Ken joined our team to contribute to the variety of our meal offer and with the desire to bring his past experience to serve our clients in the best way.

Naomi Kwambai
Chef-assistant
After several experiences as a teacher and as entrepreneur, Naomi shared her desire to work for a company. She loves cooking and we then proposed her to join our catering team. Fast learner, she has quickly gained her space in our team.

Ascah Jeruto

Following experiences in hospitality industry, Ascah joined us to initially give some help during the final stretch of our building site. Her personality combined with the quality of her work convinced us to welcome her in The Swiss Side Family. She is part of the catering Team and daily contributed to the preparation of the meals.

Cornelius Kosgei
Driver
Cornelius is the first person you will meet as he will expect you at your arrival in Eldoret airport. He is also driving everyone to the track and during long run. A trusted guy with a great heart!

Pascaline Jebichii
Janitor
With several experiences in local guesthouses, Pascaline joined our intendance team in September 2023. Hard worker and committed, she ensures the cleanliness of your room and of your shoes in tandem with Faith.

Faith Jeptoo Rutto
Janitor
The determination of Faith is among the strongest. Every Morning, she is the first one at work to ensure the cleanliness of the camp, With Pascaline, they manage the laundries and shoes cleaning during the week.

Cynthia Jelagat
Project Coordinator
Part of the project since its launch in 2021, Cynthia developed her professional skills in parallel of the development of our project. Reliable and results oriented, she can organize everything for you: a transportation mean for your training, a safari anywhere in Kenya, bike rental. During your stay, Cynthia will be your guardian angel.

Collins Kipkorir
Office attendant
Anyone coming at The Swiss Side knows Collins also known as "Collo". At the camp, he is your first contact as he welcomes users of the spa, and organizes all requests around. Most importantly: he can be your best sparring-partner at table tennis and even your pacer at running.

Daisy Barno
Accountant
Holder of a CPA-6 degree, Daisy joined our team in August 2025. She is in charge of all the financial side of the camp. You will find her in the first office on your left when entering the camp, and she will always be glad to help if you have any question.

Brian Kiprotich
Watchman
Brian joined us following the completion of a certification in the security field. He is in charge of the camp security at night and assist guests during that time if they have any request. His smile will light your night.

Emmanuel Ng'ala
Physiotherapist
As the head of our massage centre, Manu is in charge of all treatments of our guests. He is so appreciated in the village that several international athletes from the surroundings come at The Swiss Side to be treated.

Swaleh Akwanalo
Spa attendant & gym instructor
Swaleh is the first Swiss Side member that you will meet when arriving at the camp. He is welcoming everyone for their spa session and assist them during their core training sessions.

Lucas Rolland
CRM & Head of Partnerships
Following various experiences in sport industry, Lucas joined us to improve our clients' experience in the booking process, as well as to define and support our partnerships' strategy. He will be answering to your emails during the booking process.

Most of our on-site employees have grown in the surroundings of Iten. Working with local workers is important to us, as they represent the community which benefit directly of the impact of our project.
